Job scope
- Manage strategic and financial planning activities of the company including Cashflow Forecasting and Projections, Treasury management
- Involved in Annual Budgeting
- potential to manage all of the BURSA MALAYSIA announcement and dealing with compliance and answer to MSHWG and prepare Investor Pack
- Preparation of Statutory Reporting and Governance - including financial statements, Year-end Audit
- Preparation of Audit and presentation to the board of directors
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirement including audit, tax matters, and any other corporate governance (transfer pricing/ tax on employee shares scheme)
- Provide an overview of M&A activities.
- Responsible for management of all aspects of corporate/ financial/ accounting functions inclusive of financial planning, budgetary controls, treasury management, tax planning, forecasting & etc.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audit of the Group with full compliance of new MFRS and corporate governance guidelines on Public Listed Companies.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirement:
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, MACPA, MIA, CPA.
- Minimum 10 years' working experience in manufacturing fields.
- Able to work independently and lead a Finance team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- Consolidation knowledge and experience are required
- Proficiency in both verbal and written mandarin. Bilingual or tri-lingual is a plus.

Qualifications :

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years++) in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a plus.

Syarat Kelayakan Jawatan :-

1. Warganegara Malaysia.
2. Berumur tidak kurang daripada 30 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan jawatan.
3. Mempunyai Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau Ijazah Sarjana dalam bidang Kewangan atau Perakauan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan daripada institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.
4. Akauntan Berkelayakan dengan kelayakan kewangan yang relevan (ACCA / CIMA / CA / CPA) serta mempunyai Sijil Profesional MIA.
5. Minimum lima (10) tahun pengalaman dalam bidang dan taraf yang sama.
6. Mempunyai kemahiran komputer yang baik, termasuk mengenal pakej perisian kewangan dan Microsoft Office 365.
7. Berpengetahuan mengenai Sistem Microsoft GP Dynamics akan menjadi kelebihan.
