JOB PURPOSE

1. To assist, plan and maintain:
   1. Good practices of assembly operation in TKAD to ensure continuance of producing Shockstar in time and cost-effective ways while keeping highest safety and product quality standard at any time.
2. To sustain the plant requirements that contributes to achievement of overall Plant Strategic Plan and Operational Excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production

1. Analyze raw material stock level by considering forecast provided by Sales and Export team.
   1. Data gathering to understand pattern of each Shockstar ordering.
   2. Ensure raw materials are available prior production start by clearing all transaction in SAP.
   3. Conduct proper raw material monitoring includes stock movement and storing capacity within safe standard.
   4. Record, track and transfer physical copy of inventory transactions (raw materials, packing materials, etc) into SAP system daily.
   5. Ensure SAP system is updated in a timely manner to avoid any inconsistency with physical count of raw materials.
   6. Liaising with other members of different departments of any updates to SAP with regards to Inventory, Purchasing, Sales (Local), Sales (Export) and Supply Chain.
   7. Ensure all relevant documentation are well kept and in order in compliance ISO requirements.
2. Processing order received from Sales and Export department.
   1. Prepare and review Packing List required for exporting Finish Products to meet demands of overseas customers and legal requirements.
   2. Evaluating, develop and modify production schedule with consideration of machine capacity and manpower capacity.
   3. Provide daily updates on Finished Goods produced in SAP by transferring data from daily production record into system.
3. Maintain good performance in production by monitoring the productivity and plant efficiency
   1. Observe and evaluate the progress of production and completion of tasks to optimize the plant capacity and work efficiently.
   2. Manage operators work arrangement and delegate tasks on daily basis to ensure targets are achieved.
   3. Conduct daily briefing/toolbox meeting to all staffs on production details, update on any relevant information and reminder of adherence towards safety practices to mitigate error and unsafe practices.
   4. Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards.
   5. Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
   6. Gathering production data that includes production output, manhours, overtime and material consumed for the production monthly report and submitted to the Plant Manager
4. Ensuring maintenance of the machines are managed accordingly to avoid interruption during production.
   1. Managing spare part inventory.
   2. Provide effective maintenance schedule and coordination internally and externally.
   3. Conduct continuous improvement on machine performance.

 Quality

1. Ensuring operational procedures are followed thoroughly, maintained and updated accordingly to avoid any product defects as well as to maintain safe operation.
2. Monitor, assess and improve competencies and knowledge of workers through development of lesson module and internal training periodically.
3. Evaluating materials and finished goods rejection rate in compliance to quality specification standard.
4. Commit to all customer complaints and feedback.

生產

1. 透過考慮銷售和出口團隊提供的預測來分析原材料庫存水準。
   1. 收集數據以了解每個 Shockstar 訂購的模式。
   2. 透過清除 SAP 中的所有交易，確保原材料在生產開始前可用。
   3. 進行適當的原料監控，包括安全標準內的庫存流動和儲存能力。
   4. 每天記錄、追蹤庫存交易的實體副本（原材料、包裝材料等）並將其傳輸到 SAP 系統中。
   5. 確保SAP系統及時更新，避免與原料實體盤點不一致。
   6. 與不同部門的其他成員聯絡 SAP 有關庫存、採購、銷售（本地）、銷售（出口）和供應鏈的任何更新。
   7. 確保所有相關文件均妥善保管且井然有序，符合 ISO 要求。
2. 處理從銷售和出口部門收到的訂單。
   1. 準備並審核出口成品所需的裝箱單，以滿足海外客戶的需求和法律要求。
   2. 考慮機器能力和人力能力評估、制定和修改生產計劃。
   3. 透過將資料從日常生產記錄傳輸到系統中，提供 SAP 中生產的成品的每日更新。
3. 透過監控生產力和工廠效率來維持良好的生產績效
   1. 觀察和評估生產進度和任務完成情況，以優化工廠產能和高效工作。
   2. 管理操作員的工作安排並每天委派任務，以確保實現目標。

• Education :  Diploma  or Degree  in  electrical  engineering.
• Skills : Electronic testing  design, electronic  systems, electronics  trouble shooting 
• Work Experience : Min 2 years’ electrical engineering  experience  others

• Reporting to management on progress toward goals, maintaining high-quality product deliveries to the customer by data analysis and yield analysis. Technically lead work packages within yield Improvement projects, decide on priorities, drive activities, analyze and present results with cross-function teams to solve technical and process issues.
• Analysis of Yield at assembly process & product Final Test to determine and resolve causes of low yield, identify/drive opportunities for improvement through structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5Y, 8D, DMAIC)
• Develop and implement a quality control plan for adequacy and suitability for production and during new product introduction. Familiar with Control plan, OCAP, WI & FMEA
• Experienced working in Semiconductor process, especially in FOL Flip Chip process, Perform Yield enhancement activities, characterization, and test QDN reduction.
• Knowledgeable in production control processes, SPC, data Analysis/interpretation GR&R, Cp/Cpk and correlation analysis, MSA.
• Knowledge/Experience/hands-on in Datacon and underfill Asymtek machine much advantage.
• Fluency with Statistical analysis methodology/tools such as Root Cause Analysis, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, and MSA (or Gauge R&R)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze, understand and document development requirements of electronic designs.
• Design and implement electronics design by selecting components, schematic design and supervising PCB layout as well as integrate and test the hardware platform.
• Conduct product verification against defined hardware specification, prepare design documentation and support design transition to manufacturing as necessary.
• Assume technical lead role in project as necessary to provide the technical direction, technical decision and risk mitigation.
• Identify opportunity to improve within the functional team and participate in improvement activities.
• Create and maintain BOMs of the new designs.
• Select new electronic parts, taking into consideration: obsolescence, availability and cost.
• Liaise with project manager and a cross functional team to produce prototypes.
• Perform design FMEA to reduce risks of performance failures.
• Create & maintain technical documentation (schematics, specifications, performance, and bring-up reports)
• Work in a team for continuous development and improvement of products / parts / firmware.
