Job Responsibilities: -

1.      To call customers and follow up on the contract renewal and outstanding

         payments

2.      To update customers’ information and details in the system

3.      To ensure monthly collection have been paid to meet the target

4.      To issue reminders, statement of account and invoices to client

5.      To prepare reports on collection activities

6.      Perform other related duties as and when is required

Job Requirements: -

1.      Candidate must pass at least SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent level

2.      Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

RESUME IS COMPULSORY

• Process submission and generate final documentation to distribute to our consultants.
• Complete documents to be pack and sent out to the consultant either by pick up or courier service.
• Entertain enquiries from consultants regarding all products.
• Assist in organize and documenting procedures, workflows, and guidelines to ensure smooth operations and consistency within the organization.
• Keep a record of all documents sent and received to ensure proper tracking and delivery.
• Develop, produce and maintain a filing system for retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Provide information by answering questions and requests. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Provide other administrative support to the office when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years related working experience in admin and operations.

• Effective time-management, an organized person with the ability to multi-tasking.
• Positive working attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Description

·      To attend all incoming or outgoing call appropriately and courteously

·      Maintain our file system,

·      To handle general administration duties i.e., paperwork, filling, preparation of invoice, courier service, handling forwarding. 

.      Excellent computer skills especially typing.

·      Maintain and update filing, mailing, stationary items and documentation

·      Ensure that the daily filing of records and documents are completed.

·      To perform all the admin and assist general administrative works time to time.

·      Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.

.      Should be able to handle the office independently.

Requirement:

·        Candidates possess at least SPM

·        Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

·        Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese

Job Summary:

Assist the Business Admin Manager in overseeing the day-to-day business administration and verification work flow and other related support services as directed.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in compiling and preparing Monthly Sales Reports (MSR) or any other reports from respective Sales/Branch Managers from time to time for reporting and business analysis
• To assist in carrying out verification process for checking all submission of sales related documents to ensure all documents and procedures are in compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines set by respective departments
• To assist in monitoring and enforcement of the policies set by Business Administration Department, eg, change control policies, monitoring amendments made after Agreement is executed
• To assist in maintaining effective Document Management System
• Process RAS Application, liaison with leasing companies contact persons, follow up with sales person on the outstanding agreements and monitor the approval status until the case is invoiced by Order Management Department
• Contract Management. To monitor closely on the agreement physical signed copy, scan the agreement copy into the system. Follow up with sales team timely on the back logs, and communicate actively with Finance Department and Customer Support Department to ensure the contract is updated in the system
• To perform any other duties or special task or ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Superior

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management/ All Others Field
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English & Malay language for both spoken and written
• Able to work & communicate effectively with other/multiple stakeholders
