We are looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company, reporting to the Finance Manager.

• Handle full set of accounts, AR, AP and month end closing.

• Preparation and submission of monthly GST.

• Monthly bank reconciliation.

• Credit limit control and weekly review on AR.

• Prepare daily payment by internet banking or cheque payment.

• Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for company related matters.

• Prepare staffs IR8A & IR21.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.

• Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet schedules.

• Assist in monthly stock take.

• Issuing and following up on sales rebates from supplier and dealers.

• Management of inventory and issuing of sales invoices.

• To check on shipping quotations for export and import shipments.

• Assist in any ad hoc assignment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance;

• Strong understanding of accounting principles;

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment;

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;

You are required to work 1 Saturdays per month (9:30am am to 12:30 pm)

Working hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

· Assist Accounts Department in daily operations.

· Issuing and following up on sales rebates from supplier and dealers.

· Act as a liaison between staff and outsource IT department relating to IT services and issues logging.

· Organise and file daily/monthly documents.

· Follow-up on the renewal of supplier contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma

About this role:

The Senior Manager, Client Manager plays a critical role in our organization and you will be responsible for the development of new markets and customer base, ensuring adherence to business plans and commercial targets.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for channel strategy, expansion and portfolio segmentation. You will be a key partner to the Commercial and Marketing teams, helping to grow the DTB business in Singapore and regionally.

What does success look like?

• Conduct in- depth market research - category analysis, competitor analysis, pricing analysis, consumer, and country studies, through online content, official reports, and market visits.
• Develop brand, distribution, and pricing strategy in partnership with Commercial and Marketing teams, based on research data.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to increase sales revenue and improve profitability.
• Partnering with the commercial team to build and implement the yearly commercial plans locally.
• Responsible for principal forecasting, ordering, and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and provide weekly reports to management.
• Lead principal presentations and visits.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, principals, and internal stakeholders to obtain buy-in and support for new product launches and other projects.

Requirements:

• Analytical, Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
• Minimum 6-8 years experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Commercial Consultancy and/or Customer Marketing roles in Consumer Goods/Retail industries.
• Strong commercial experience in Singapore and deep understand of the consumer goods landscape.
• Some experience in the region would be a plus.
