Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Manage social media channels and monitor Digital Marketing Plans across several platforms such as facebook, instagram, youtube, tiktok, shopee, lazada, website & creating engaging content and fostering community growth.

- Analyze data and trends to optimize digital strategies, SEO, and online advertising efforts.

- ⁠Run & manage advertising services such as facebook ads, google ads, & display advertising campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across various channels.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, and online advertising.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for campaign optimization.

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital content.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.

- Prosess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- ⁠Minimum 2-3 years working experience.

- ⁠Fluent in both spoken and written English. Malay & mandarin are added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead digital media engagement strategies which includes guidelines, objective & procedures by identifying the right target audience and social impacts.
  Identifying monitoring tools, integrating the interactive media into the business strategy and maintain good rapport with social media organizations, influencers and analysts.
• Collaborate with other entities (media/customer relations), to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
• Lead innovation and transformation in how content is delivered to our target customers and to demonstrate true digital creative marketing leadership and bring the vision of us and our clientele to life.
• Oversee digital projects and ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g. website, blogs and social media)
• Train internal teams to use digital technologies
• Create and manage online advertising campaigns.
• Research and identify new social networks to reach our target customers.
• Use audience insight and analytics to continuously improve the user experience
• Manage and synergize the various areas within the digital and put systems and processes in place for the team to follow (SOPs)
• Manage all social media channels, campaigns (including e-mails) to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
  Includes but not limited to planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for company and clients.
• Monitor, research and analyse social media trends, ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Business development – organically within the clientele and new clients as per the KPIs set by the Managing Director

Requirements

• Possess at least a certification in Communications/ Marketing/ Media Studies or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related working experience in digital media platforms and / digital agencies
• Experience in copywriting, content creation, client servicing, digital analytics, digital ad buys and brand marketing.
• Required skills : managed various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with team members to reliably carry out projects.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team, as well as able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good attitude and ability to work well under stress is a MUST.
• Willing to work on extended hours when necessary.

要求

• 至少擁有傳播/行銷/媒體研究或同等學歷的認證。
• 至少 5 年數位媒體平台和/數位代理商相關工作經驗
• 擁有文案寫作、內容創作、客戶服務、數位分析、數位廣告購買和品牌行銷的經驗。
• 所需技能：管理各種社群媒體平台，例如 Facebook、Instagram、Twitter
• 能夠處理多項任務並與團隊成員有效溝通，以可靠地執行專案。
• 能夠獨立和團隊合作，並能夠在緊迫的期限內完成工作。
• 良好的英語口語和書寫能力以及馬來語。
• 良好的態度和在壓力下良好工作的能力是必須的。
