• Company driver cum despatch based at Tuas office
• Chaffeur service for directors and guests, as and when required, with company car provided

Job Responsibilities:

· Chauffeur company directors, staff and guests to and fro office and any location as required

· Despatch and collect office documents and items to/from bank, customer, vendor locations

· Maintain interior and exterior of company vehicle in clean and good working condition on daily basis

· Comply with traffic regulations at all times and ensure safety and comfort are always the priority

· Report any vehicle damage or issues promptly

· Schedule vehicle servicing as and when required

· Assist in office administrative tasks when needed

· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties when needed

Job Prerequisites:

· Class 3 driving licence with good driving records and ethics

· Familiar with Singapore routes

· Good punctuality and attendance records

· Non-smoker

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Able to do overtime as and when required

Remarks:

· 5 days work week

· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 5.30pm / 8.00am to 7.00pm

Job Description

• Loading of goods into the van before deliveries.
• Running errands to banks
• Ensure that the maintenance of the van in good working conditions.
• Abide to all traffic safety rules during deliveries.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess a valid Class 3 driving Licence
• Clean driving record
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience as Delivery Driver/ Despatch Driver.
• Minimum N level
• Company transport provided at 3 pickup points.
