Job Responsibilities:

· Chauffeur company directors, staff and guests to and fro office and any location as required

· Despatch and collect office documents and items to/from bank, customer, vendor locations

· Maintain interior and exterior of company vehicle in clean and good working condition on daily basis

· Comply with traffic regulations at all times and ensure safety and comfort are always the priority

· Report any vehicle damage or issues promptly

· Schedule vehicle servicing as and when required

· Assist in office administrative tasks when needed

· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties when needed

Job Prerequisites:

· Class 3 driving licence with good driving records and ethics

· Familiar with Singapore routes

· Good punctuality and attendance records

· Non-smoker

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Able to do overtime as and when required

Remarks:

· 5 days work week

· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 5.30pm / 8.00am to 7.00pm

Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the drinks industry for 2 Despatch/Logistics Administrators. These roles will be based at their warehouse in Ayrshire

These are temporary ongoing roles with the view to going permanent for suitable candidates.

Your Time at Work

Becoming a crucial member of the team, you will be tasked with creating, tracking and controlling despatch plans

Main responsibilities:

Enter all customers orders onto spreadsheet with correct details, ensuring that all orders meet their delivery expectationsEnsure all daily transport has been booked to collect and deliver all orders

Manage daily despatch hours to ensure you are maximising despatch capacity & customer delivery expectations. Ensure the orders and despatched with correct haulier using the price matrix to ensure delivering a cost effective delivery service

Track and issue a number of daily & weekly KPI's to the despatch team leader and logistics manager
Attend the daily planning meeting to understand what stock/production issues may occur and help unlock any workarounds to limit the impact to the customer.
General administration duties as required

Essential Skills and Experience

Experience working within a similar role or environment
Strong organisational skills
Working knowledge MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Email
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working within a Goods-in environment would be advantageous
