As a Customer Experience, you will be responsible for making outbound call to customers while effectively promoting our insurance products and plans based on their specific needs. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers in understanding the various life insurance options available to them and guiding them towards the most suitable coverage.
- Making outbound call towards customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen actively and empathize with customers to understand their unique situations and insurance needs.
- Provide personalized recommendations about different insurance options, coverage, benefits, and premiums that align with customers' requirements.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and coverage of various insurance plans offered by the company.
- Assist customers in completing applications, processing claims, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns effectively via all form of communication channel.- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with sales and other departments to meet customer needs and achieve company goals.
