Job Summary:
As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and coaching media buy team members, and overseeing campaigns for our company as well as our clients. You will work closely with our managment as well as clients to understand their goals, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsiblities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute effective media buy strategies across multiple digital advertising platforms to achieve Verz and client objectives.
Platform Expertise: Specialize in managing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates and trends
Budget Management: Efficiently manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and deliver exceptional results within budget constraints
Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques to reach the right audience segments and optimize campaign performance
Ad Creation: Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Ad Placement: Determine the most effective ad placements and formats for each campaign, including display, search, video, Pmax and social ads.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize key performance metrics, including CPC, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates.
Reporting: Generate and present detailed campaign reports to verz and clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
Stay Informed: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging advertising technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in managing digital advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, ad formats, and targeting options.
- Proficiency in ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Linkedin campaign manager ).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
