Responsible for supply plan activities for all products from 3rd party vendors within the portfolio assigned. Supply planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance, delivery fulfillment and revenue max-out in line with business performance. Supply planning factors in all aspects related to demand forecast, inventory (wafer / die / wip / FG), logistic and included the components of open and planned customer orders, on hand quantities, On time delivery/cycle time, material MOQ / lead time, safety stock, production leveling and demand chase. Your New Roles:

· Function as a key member of platform and business teams providing supply status in relation to overall demand requirement (Forecast / Actual demand / Build Strategy) while facilitating effective communication between supply chain, OSAT (3rd party vendor) manufacturing, customer services, and all related support function.

· OSAT management - Plan and prepare Production Orders (POs) , overseeing all aspects of OSAT management including Work-in-Progress (WIP) movement, material shortages, and backlog resolution, ensuring timely shipping within target ship date / standard cycle time.

· Monitor order fulfillment progress, providing timely feedback and devising contingency plans. Coordinate monthly forecasts with OSAT, ensuring prompt follow-up and negotiation for delivery commitments.

· Analyze inventory, maintain planning parameters master data, and drive improvement in delivery performance metrics

· Conduct inventory analysis, including managing Days of Inventory (DOI), addressing slow-moving and obsolete stock, adjusting order quantities, recommending material substitutions, and depleting inventory.

· Maintain accuracy and integrity of planning parameters master data, ensuring precise reporting within systems, and utilize performance metrics to drive improvement in delivery performance, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Supplier OTD, Cycle Time, and B2B transaction statistics and revenue.

· Attend operations meetings, ensure alignment with company goals, support internal projects, and uphold compliance with policies and regulations

Responsibilities

• Function as a key member of platform and business teams providing supply status in relation to overall demand requirement (Forecast / Actual demand / Build Strategy) while facilitating effective communication between supply chain, OSAT (3rd party vendor) manufacturing, customer services, and all related support function.
• Plans and prepare Production Order (PO) to OSAT, manage OSAT performance, and ensure shipping within target ship date / standard cycle time.
• OSAT management – WIP movement encompassing everything that takes place between material start up to order fulfillment. Work to resolve material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.
• Order fulfillment tracking with timely feedback to business planner with related stakeholder on recovery plan, correction actions action / contingency plan when delays are anticipated or occur. Drive business decision proposal based on business urgency / priority. Makes recommendation on alternative solutions to mitigate changes to a customer’s delivery commit date.
• Provide monthly forecast to OSAT, follow up OSAT’s response within timeline given, review / negotiate on the forecast fulfillment and commitment. 
• Analyze inventory, managing DOI, slow-moving and obsolete stock, adjusting order quantities, reviewing, recommending & driving material substitution and work on inventory depletion.
• Maintains planning parameters master data, reporting data accuracy and integrity within systems. This includes inventory strategy list, capacity plan maintenance, lead time, production run size information etc.
• Delivery performance. Report and utilize the Performance metrics to drive improvement. Oversee and monitor compliance to Planning key performance indicators – OTD (delivery fulfilment), Supplier OTD, Cycle Time and B2B transaction statistics and revenue.
• Activate technical/engineering support, as and when needed to clear issue that impact delivery/performance.
• Attends daily operations related meetings.
• Ensure that Supply Chain Planning operations and support are aligned with Supply Chain, Business and company goals and objectives.
• Ensures compliance with department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Assists with performing a variety of internal projects, cost saving projects and recommends appropriate solutions.
