- Assist in the maintenance of proper purchasing systems in the company.
- Ensure goods are prepared, purchased, and delivered in accordance with due dates and procedures.
- Ensure the materials plan is adhered to for production consumption.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of purchasing records.
- Updating the Master price list on raw materials and emailing to the marketing department on a monthly basis
- Participating in supplier audits (new or existing suppliers)
- Follow up on the material delivery status and expedite the delivery when necessary
