We are currently looking for an Administrator/ Help-desk operative who can join us in Birmingham, B15 2WB.

Role: Administrator/Help-desk operative ( Standard DBS required )
Location: Birmingham, B15 2WB
Rate of Pay: £12.70/hr
Shift: Temp to perm ( 10 hour shifts working on a 4 days on 4 days off pattern with rotating shifts on 07:00-17:00, 11:00-21:00 & 21:00-07:00 )
Job Responsibilities and Essential Requirements:
- Standard DBS required
- Input & prioritisation of Service Requests from Users via verbal and electronic methods
- Dispatching of Reactive Work Orders
- Closing down of Reactive Work Orders
- Preparation and issue of Planned Maintenance Work Orders
- Closing down of Planned Maintenance Work Orders
- Assist in the maintenance of Workflow records & filing system
- Assign work, monitor and flow up Subcontractor Works
- To input and retrieve data efficiently and accurately on a daily basis using the computerised systems within Helpdesk, producing information and reports as and when required.
