Qualifications & Experience :
- At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry,
- Willing to work outstation within Malaysia depending on Project’s need.
- Familiar with construction technology’s standards of various engineering specialties of the project
Tasks & responsibilities :
- Review the quotation, procurement, on-site management and other related processes.
- Identify, keep track, find root cause of the issues, then formulate improvement measures, guide and supervise the relevant personnel to improve.
- Track all parts of the modules of the information platform, coordinate the problems that occur in the operation process of the information platform, and organize relevant responsible personnel to improve.
- Responsible for on-site management, construction and sub-contractors/consultant’s work ability assessment, and feedback to management accordingly.
- Monitor the progress of the project, supervise and guide the relevant person in charge to prepare the materials required for the project in advance.
- Conduct training and guidance on construction technology for the engineering department ‘s main personnel
