You'll play a key role in shaping and executing HR strategies and initiatives that resonate with the company's mission and targets. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of HR operations, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management, training, compensation, benefits, compliance, and more. The company leverages an HRMS system (Info-Tech) for routine HR tasks and is keen on further digitizing and automating these processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and roll out HR strategies in line with the company's objectives.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
- Conduct onboarding activities, including orientations, employee handbooks, and cultural introductions.
- Administer the HRIS system.
- Foster positive employee relations and welfare.
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Drive training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate the company's internal newsletter.
- Manage compensation and benefits.
- Supervise the IT department.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, principles, and employment legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- HR management certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with Info-Tech HRIS is an added advantage.
