OVERVIEW

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide professional and effective administrative support to CPAS’ training arm, Learning, Development and Consultancy (LDC) and HR’s Learning and Development. · Ensure office supplies for training are replenished regularly and maintain a monthly record of usage.

· Answer phone calls and emails enquiring about the different programmes we organise.

• 12-15 years’ experience within Branding, Marketing and Customer Experience field, having worked in-house and/or in an agency environment.
• Operates calmly as a mature team lead and team player with strong leadership skills to ensure a high level of output and strategic objectives are achieved. Able to navigate in an agile / matrix working environment, collaborating well to establish solid working relationships with cross-functional internal stakeholders at different levels and across multiple markets, while building extensive networks. Therefore, advantage with international exposure and understanding geographical diversity and needs.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must be highly detail-oriented, with an ability to think creatively/constructively in a pressured environment and possess a strong drive for results.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Chinese to converse with Chinese speaking clients
