Position Purpose 

The Senior Business Support Executive plays a pivotal role in strengthening our support functions to better assist our Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams. This position is responsible for providing strategic support, managing administrative tasks, and optimizing processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. By ensuring seamless coordination and communication, the Senior Business Support Executive enables our teams to focus on driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities : 

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams, including A&P claims management, A&P recovery arrangements, and correspondence.
• Monitor accounts receivable (AR) collections and follow up with clients to ensure
  timely payment.
• Resolve customer payment issues and discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Manage documentation, files, and records to ensure accessibility and organization.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve
  business support processes.
• Assist in project management activities, including tracking progress, monitoring
  deadlines, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address support needs and optimize
  workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services.

Job Description

The Ops Planning Executive will report to the Ops Planning Manager and assist in daily B2B delivery activities. This role encompasses supporting all operational aspects of platforms where airasia Grocer operates.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the platform, overseeing order management, logistics coordination, and ensuring warehouse operations meet your specified requirements.

Responsibilities 

• Assumes responsibility for coordinating and planning logistics for all B2B transactions.

• Daily tasks include planning logistics such as deliveries, orders, and routine arrangements.

• Coordinates order processing with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of all sales orders.

• Communicates with external logistics partners to manage and resolve order fulfillment issues.

• Analyzes cost-efficient and reliable external logistics partners for potential collaboration.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required for this position.

• Applicants must be open to working in KL/PJ.

• Ability to showcase advanced computer skills.

• Demonstrated basic analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suites is essential.
