Your main responsibilities will include:
Lead Engineering Excellence: Guide and motivate engineering teams to create groundbreaking, high-quality products. Cultivate an environment focused on continuous education and career advancement for software engineers, DevOps Engineers, architects, technical leaders, etc.
Projects’ delivery: Manage our Engineering teams from an operational point of view and take responsibility for project delivery. Coordinate with a project manager, help to estimate and frame the project, define deliverables and manage operations.

You will be working as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager for a MEP Building Services company in Lincolnshire. This is opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. This client works with a variety of sectors which include; commercial, leisure, education and the public sector. Due to the variety of projects in which this client works with the project values are equally variable.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be working as an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager. You will have experience of overseeing projects for a range of different clients. For this you will have Mechanical related qualifications and good IT skills.
