Job Description:

1. Develop new business opportunities and provide optimal customer service to existing clients.
2. Assist the Department Head in executing all duties towards achieving the company’s aims and objectives.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Essential

· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency using Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Google Suite

· Familiar with email marketing strategies, including campaign creation and performance analysis.

· Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics and Google Search Console) to track performance and generate insights.

· Familiarity in Online and Social Media Marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.

Required
