Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan, control, co-ordinate and oversee the site work operations.

- Close coordination with Design, Utility and stakeholders to ensure timely work completion.

- In charge of the inspection of works and necessary approval by client side (QPS).

- In charge of preparation of structural analysis, loading calculation and drawings.

- Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.

- Arrange and conduct Daily Tool Box Talk, Control the labor force (or subcontractor).

- Perform other related duties as required by Management.

- Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records.
