Job Description
Finance
● Responsible for handling full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL) including month-end and year-end closing.
● Prepare & review financial statements incompliance to finance reporting standards, tax forms & company’s GST preparation, reporting & timely submission of annual returns.
● Data Entry, Documents Filing and Bookkeeping; ensure HR and Finance databases are kept up to date
● Reconcile suppliers’ monthly statement of accounts
● In charge of weekly and monthly bank reconciliation and month end accounts closing procedures
● In charge of audit preparation and procedures
● Liaise with customer for payment on outstanding and overdue invoices
● Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
Human Resource
● Handle the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment (job postings, interviews, confirmation) to staff exits, including documentation for employee contracts, employment pass applications, and other HR-related matters.
● Prepare monthly payroll and manage other financial aspects.
Requirements
● Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting or any related qualification
● At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
● Positive work attitude, willingness to learn and grow with the Company
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial related software.
