Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with superiors to determine fabrication costs, calculate components based on production processes, and respond to customers' RFQs.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials, standard parts, fabrication parts, and other necessary production items.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase tooling as needed, based on requests from the machining department.
• Compare prices from various suppliers and negotiate the best deals to control costs.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, products, and parts.
• Manage raw materials inventory and plan replenishments based on customer orders.
• Receive and process all incoming customer purchase orders (POs).
• Update management with KPI reports on subcontractor quality and suppliers' on-time delivery.
• Coach and guide junior team members to achieve department goals by clearly communicating job expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in raw materials receiving areas and workstations.
• Ensure documentation is filed orderly and is easily retrievable when needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchasing construction building materials
• To plan, organize, purchase materials according to requirements of site purchase orders.
• To coordinate, monitor and follow up closely with project site staff and supplier on time delivery.
• To source, obtain pricing/quotation from supplier and able to do pricing comparuson during tender stage and construction stage.
• To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in complaince with the purchasing policies and procedures.
• To perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring.
• To ensure all the materials in right source, quality, quantity, comply with project specs.
• To prepare supplier payment cert with matched purchase order and delivery order.
• To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superios whenever necessary from time to time.

Requirements

• 3 years of working experience in the Purchasing/Procurement Construction Industry.
• Good in computer literate.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people and work independently.
• Possess good communications, negotiation skills and positive attitude for problem solving.
• Graduation at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent qualification.

要求

• 3 年採購/採購建築業工作經驗。
• 良好的電腦知識。
• 能夠與各級人員溝通並獨立工作。
• 具有良好的溝通、談判能力和積極解決問題的態度。
• 至少獲得商業研究/行政/管理文憑或學士學位或同等資格。
