As a Social Science Analyst, you will:
- Manage and develop complex content for multiple PD&R objective, evidence-based and policy-focused periodicals, including but not limited to Evidence Matters, PD&R Edge, Policy & Practice, and Insights.
- Prepare articles, reports, and other ad hoc material that analyze and distill complex information related to PD&R and HUD programs and policies on issues including, but not limited to, affordable housing, homeownership, housing finance, housing economic indicators, the secondary mortgage market, rural programming, the intersection of health and housing, and Native American and Alaska Native housing.
- Research and analyze both factual and conceptual information related to HUD programs.
- Serve as an expert on writing and editing standards and techniques, and on practices, methods, and innovations in web and print communications.
- Plan, design, and oversee development of sophisticated communication strategies that articulate and interpret complex policies or promote programs and activities of broad interest.
