Position: Operations Support Specialist

Period: To start in December 2021

Responsibilities:

· Support and execute operational functions as part of the operations team to optimise efficiency and results.

· Coordinate with the client and stakeholders to manage operational activities and achieve customer satisfaction.

· Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues on the ground at the client location.

· Gather requirements to create training scenarios using the simulation platform to meet training objectives.

Customer Services Operations Manager

You’ll oversee a team of 7-10 home-based Team Managers with overall responsibility for up to 250 home-based Customer Services Advisors. Using your previous people management and leadership skills, you will lead and manage the team to ensure that the requirements of the contract are met, this will include monitoring the performance of KPIs, efficiency, effectiveness, contractual SLAs and Service outcomes. You’ll be the first point of contact for the client around the day-to-day operational performance.

Primary Purpose:

Provide 24 by 7 IT Support for client machines, operating system, and software for MediaCorp users in the areas of:

· PC preparation, deployment and setup for Windows OS and MAC OS

· Software installations

· Printers and mobile devices support for enterprise services

· Problem diagnosis and resolution on computers and Enterprise services

Job Requirements:

Technical skillset required:
