AL AMAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a diligent and experienced Assistant Security Manager to join a luxury hotel and golf course security team. This position will be based in Subic, Philippines and will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of a hotel and golf course property. The Assistant Security Manager will be responsible for upholding security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of guests and employees, as well as safeguarding the property. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the hotel's management team to guarantee seamless operations between departments and will supervise security personnel to ensure that they perform their duties effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Oversee and participate in the training of security personnel, including maintaining records of training and certifications.
- Monitor access control and surveillance systems, ensuring all equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.
- Conduct investigations of incidents and accidents, and complete detailed reports.
- Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure consistent standards of safety and security are maintained.
- Respond to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner, making quick and well-informed decisions.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments and recommendations for improvements of the security program.
- At least 5 years of experience in security management or similar role in a luxury hotel/golf course.
- College Graduate
- Has strong knowledge and experienced of a 4 or 5 star hotel property with good reputation background from previous employer.
- CSP SO2, SO3,CLSO Holder
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of security protocols and guidelines especially with VIP guests.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a clear head and make quick, informed decisions.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, fire and life safety systems, and access control systems.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and handle emergency situations.
