Responsibilities:

• Maintaining employee records, preparing, and updating HR policies and procedures, and managing employee benefits, performance management, recruitment, payroll processing, training and development, and employee relations.
• Facilitating the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• To maintain the efficiency of office day-to-day operations, including facility management, office housekeeping, filing, data entry, automation/ IT, maintenance, inventory control, and compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Rotation to different company departments to assist on their operations.
• Monitor office equipment maintenance schedule by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs, liaising with vendors and contractors.
• Coordinating company events and activities, such as team building events, holiday parties, and employee recognition programs.
• Work as a team and ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationship with management and employees.
• Assist and monitor office equipment maintenance schedule by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs, liaising with vendors and contractors.
• Managing office equipment and supplies, including procurement and maintenance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff & business associates.

To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by or to HR and Admin Department and/or assigned by Management from time to time.

• Act as a trusted HR advisor and partner with the leadership teams in the Asia cluster, understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance
• Drive the talent management process, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning, to ensure the availability of a skilled and engaged workforce
• Partner with local HR teams in the Cluster to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, fostering a positive employee relations environment. Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and coaching to managers on handling employee issues, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans, to enhance employee engagement and drive individual and team performance
• Support organizational change initiatives, providing change management expertise, and ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process
• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring market competitiveness and equity across the cluster
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and propose and implement appropriate HR solutions
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and HRIS management
• Support learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs and collaborating with the Learning and Development team to deliver targeted programs
• Stay up to date with local labor market trends, employment legislation, and industry best practices, and proactively advise on potential impacts to the organization
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
