JOB REQUIREMENT: 

• Oversee the Agency Transformation team and transform the team's operational processes, policies, and regulatory requirements on a regular and need-to basis. 
• Ensuring adequate agency training needs are met and developing the training roadmap for agency channels as per organization needs. 
• Initiate and ensure all key initiatives and activities of the agency channel are carry out accordingly as instructed by Head, Agency Transformation & Development. 
• Formulate new initiatives and carry out business analytics for CAO to drive agency channel sales. 

PROJECTS THE INCUMBENT WILL BE WORKING ON: 

• Agency Policies and Procedure Enhancement 
• Agency Training Roadmap and Training Material Enhancement 
• Regulatory and Internal compliance fulfillment 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

• Minimum Degree Holder in any discipline  
• Minimum 5- 8 years experience in Agency Administration and Operations. 
• Familiar with training initiatives, line of business, and processes in General Insurance.

We will count on you to:

• Registration, Processing and Adjudication of claims (General Insurance) within turnaround time.
• Assists in the determination of claim liabilities, value, and service provider fees and sets reserves, with low financial authority, according to company and legal standards
• Ensure computed claims settlement and verified reimbursements from insurers are valid.
• Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and/or outstanding information from clients. 
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks.
• Prepare claims statistic report on a monthly basis include, updating the documentation processes.
• Proactively identify problems with the team or client and provide solutions.
• Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 1-2 years experience in claims processing/ claims handling are encouraged to apply
• Good command in speaking and writing English
• Ability to read and write in Traditional/Simplified Chinese
• High Proficiency in using MS Office Application
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
