Job Description

1. Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

1. Minimum O levels.
2. Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
3. Good communication skills in English and a second language.
4. Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales.
5. Sales driven and possess can-do attitude.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ of working experience in the telemarketing field
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI and HI) is required

• Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

• Up to $3,500 + comm

Responsibilities:

• Promote & sell General Insurance
• To achieve individual sales targets.
• To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers and fellow staff.
• To continuously think ahead and help to develop solutions to emerging problems.
• To continuously suggest ways to improve the team as a whole
• To call company-provided leads or customers.

Contractual Period:

• 1 year contract renewable (conversion to perm depends on performance)

Location:

• Changi Business Park / Ubi

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9am — 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3500 (Depends on experience and qualification)
• Commission

Requirements:

• Passion and drive to launch sales career to the next level.
• Good Communication Skills
• Self-starter, independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with Quotas or Sales Targets
• Relevant sales/acquisition experience with a proven track record is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
