Area of Responsiblity:

Relationship management within members of Customer Decision Making Unit. Maintain accounts records and background information, prospecting and developing of new accounts. Achieving and delivering of sales budget, sales of MPS, MCS, PP systems and solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Have in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts, understand and see customers' problems and requirements and provide holistic solutions and a strong value proposition with all KM products and solutions to meet those requirements.

2. Total and detailed account coverage of assigned accounts via white space analysis.

3. Building and funnelling of sales opportunities via F2F, written and tele communication.

4. Close sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets in all range of products, solutions and services.

5. Skillset to do large account selling/cross selling and drive a team selling environment and importantly hold valued conversations with C-levels

6. Build good rapport with relevant stake holders and C-levels across business units within assigned accounts

7. Formulate a good winning strategy and ensure participation for all major RFPs within the industry

8. Maintain good after sales service to existing custmers to maintain retention.

9. Provide timely reports to management on sales results, sales pipelines and account information.

Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

1. Business Development

• Develop new business opportunities; seek/create new business projects/initiative
• Project Management & Delivery

2. Business Operations

• Maintaining Service excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Client retention and to successfully regain lost clients
• Suppliers/Subcontractors management; internal and external stakeholders collaborations
• Programs management; contracts/agreement management

3. Key Account Management

• Key client servicing and Management
• Drive Sales revenue and profit targets including upselling and cross selling
• Client retention and to successfully regain lost clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Business Development

• Identify and develop new opportunities, seek out and negotiate new business opportunities, and win contracts.
• Building a sales pipeline through the acquisition of new prospective clients
• Researching market trends; developing new markets/projects by defining new market segments and identifying growth opportunities.
• Preparing reports and sales forecasts.
• Achieving sales/project targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

B. Business Operations

• Conduct monthly Sales and Operation meeting
• Ensure that Customer Service are updated with specific customer needs and issues and share service level agreements wherever necessary
• Ensure minimum loss of clients and maximum gains of new offshoot business from existing clients.
• Ensure maximum client satisfaction at all time
• Maintaining good relationships with existing customers Including partners
• Track/monitor competitors’ activities and strategies and provide timely updates to the management team

C. Key Account Management

• Planning and managing the full relationship of strategic accounts and successfully ensuring delivery of services
• Grow sales revenue to meet business financial goals including annual budgeted sales and profit (P & L)
• Gain market share and drive profitable sales growth across defined market segments including but not limited to planning and executing marketing activities, campaigns and other market initiatives.
• Sales planning and forecasting to ensure delivery of the agreed strategy.
• Lead the negotiation and evolution of contracts and tenders with both internal and external stakeholders. Negotiate pricing structures and product needs, and wherever required, resolve escalated customer queries.
• Foster strong relationships with existing customers and develop new client relationships

D. Project Management

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven and demonstrable Sales and business development experience in driving results/profit/ROI at local/regional/national level; solution selling &/or consultancy experience will be an added advantage
• Independent, proactive, self-motivated and a good team player.
• Customer orientated, positive attitude and willingness to learn; able to multi-task and work well in a fast pace environment
• Demonstrable experience in international trade in Import/Export, Logistics or similar industries.
• Positive outlook and possess a creative mindset;
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-channel multi-national environment, influencing and working in collaboration across cultures.
• Understands business implications of decisions, Sales & Profit and strategic goals (business acumen).

*This position will be responsible for above-mentioned scope in Singapore and Malaysia.

1. Diploma or GCE ‘O’ Level

2. Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience

3. Result-orientated, self-motivated and team player

4. Possess good communication & interpersonal skills

5. Strong analytical skills and good business acumen

6. Some understanding of multifunction printing devices and solutions will be an advantage
