Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

· To support profitable and sustainable market share growth for the adidas brand across the SEA cluster of countries (Thailand, The Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore) by developing and implementing strategic business concepts cross functionally (in partnership with brand /channels /finance / other enabling functions)

· To improve processes and systems to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency, thereby addressing organizational operating model challenges that inhibit cross functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Planning across the SEA with GM and leadership team. Drive the development, evolution and implementation of SEA Strategic Business Plan across brand, channels and other enabling functions

Address and solve cross-functional challenges and projects with high impact to business

Business Development and Modeling

· Strategic planning and project management with a focus on market clustering, market-entry strategy, business-set-up and financial modeling

· Evaluation, recommendation and project management for modification of existing and the set-up of new commercial models and plans

Project and Process Management

· Drive, guide and support SEA SLT (Senior Leadership Team) stakeholders in the planning and execution of strategic work-streams and initiatives

· Communicate project risks, escalate decision points, and obtain required strategic direction from key organisational stakeholders

· Collaboratively influence, steer, coordinate and prioritize cross functional strategic priorities.

· Project Management for ongoing and new priorities

· Provide support on business critical special assignments/ priorities

· Standardization and simplification of business processes in line with global guardrails, reporting and internal controls requirements

· Manage cross-functional projects through:

· Creation of business cases to support requirements

· Definition of project management frameworks, deliverables and KPI’s

· Management of communication flow (e.g. support GM and leadership team in preparing regular executive updates)

· Delivering results and impact assessment

Change Management

· Assess the need and drive the change (in business processes and organizational evolution) to meet the needs of brands, markets, customers and consumers.

· Lead all change initiatives /projects and drive design and implementation of blue-prints

Operating Model Evolution

· Lead, drive and implement the SEA SLT head office operating model.

· Simplify and operationalize the SEA Senior Leadership Management Process and Calendar, support SEA GM with key executive presentations, management meetings and visits, and secure accountability by driving SLT decisions and actions/follow-ups.

· Monitoring and report business KPIs to key SLT stakeholders.

Business Intelligence

· Leverage internal data sources, analytical capabilities, and external market intelligence research

· Lead analytical approaches to turn sales, brand and consumer data into strategic insights for winning the consumer

· Identify new business opportunities to achieve profitable growth for adidas in collaboration with functional experts

Leadership & Communication

· Develop and constantly improve functional and inter-personal skills of the team

· Drive a high-performance culture and regular feedback practices across the team

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Minimum 8 years in finance / commercial / project and change management related experience in a in a matrixed multi-channel sales organization or consulting organization

· University degree in business preferably with finance, marketing or sales.

· Industry: Preferably from apparel/footwear/fashion or FMCG industry

Key Responsibilities: Modern Workplace business growth in Singapore.

Accountable for hunting new Modern Workplace services Opportunities in Singapore along with Field Sales ensuring that the customers’ needs are met or exceeded. Drive the entire Sales Cycle from initial Customer Engagement till Contract Closing for new & existing customers.

• Establish relationships with new and existing customers and secure new business in the assigned portfolio element(s).
• Work with Account Managers to ensure that the overall account strategy and goals are followed and achieved.
• Maintain a very detailed level of relevant knowledge on the assigned portfolio element(s) in order to have meaningful and relevant conversations with customers and prospects.
• Work with Technical Architects / Practice Leaders to ensure that we design the right solutions for our customers
• Provide feedback to Account Management on ways to decrease the Sales Cycle, enhance Sales, and improve company brand and reputation.
• Construct service contracts and associated commercials/cost model based on scope and customer’s desired outcome.
• 10+ years enterprise technology strategic sales/pre-sales experience with a good knowledge on selling Modern Workplace and digital transformation solutions, specifically around Microsoft.
• Functional understanding of key technologies and trends in the Microsoft Modern Workplace, not limited to, M365, sharepoint, O365, Intune, OneDrive, Co-Pilot, Microsoft security around modern workplace etc.
• Able to articulate use cases of transformation specific to the customers industry and size and understand where the customer is on their journey.
• Engage with stakeholders from IT all the way to C-level, understand the Customers business requirement & challenges, create an IT transformation roadmap covering (not limited to) modern workplace and position the right support model and articulate the business value of the offering.
• Position modern workplace advisory and/or professional services to customer depending on their requirements.
• Articulate the importance and value of adoption and change management in customer journey towards increasing productivity. Understanding of the Microsoft 365 technologies and the role they play in enabling a secure and flexible workplace environment.
• Experience preparing, presenting formal proposals to customers. Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure.
• Strong knowledge in modern workplace market in Asia and strong understanding of consumption economics
• Expertise in enterprise solution selling techniques and selling cloud-based solutions.
• Effective territory/account management and leading sales teams: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management and proposal response, pipeline management, large dollar licensing and deal negotiation required.
• Experience and expertise selling to c-suite and executive business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of transformation to the customer's overall business and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.
• Experience leading large cloud engagements, especially those involving infrastructure modernization and migration.
• Executive level speaking and presentation skills, and good written communication skills, exceptional demonstrated decision-making, conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills
