WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Order Management
- Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.
- Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries (Consumables) and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure daily internal and external customer’s enquiries are attended to e.g. stock status, order status and delivery status
- Generate credit note (sales and rental exchange/cancelled, goods returned, trade-in machine, rollover amount)
- Generate return order (Trade-in, Demo, Loan machine
- Maintain customer delivery address in current system (SAP) Maintain records and coordinate with internal department on configuration and delivery details
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders and backlog status
- Liaise with Warehouse, QC and Service Departments for delivery and collection
- Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment
- Process sales orders in full cycle from order entry, drop outbound to invoice in timely manner
- Raise Customer Request Form for new customer, new payment term, change of address, etc in order to maintain correct data in current system (SAP)
Administration
- Attend to enquiries on stock allocation status
- Ensure completeness and accuracy on each document created and proper filing in accordance with the company’s guideline
