Job Summary :

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing solutions that meet these needs. This role typically involves negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify potential business clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research. Develop strategies to engage and secure new accounts.
  
  
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients. Ensure that clients are satisfied with the company’s products or services, address any issues, and encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  
  
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay updated on industry and market trends that can affect sales.
  
  
• Develop effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
  
  
• Generate and submit sales reports and track sales performance against targets. Provide management with insights and feedback gained from client interactions.
  
  
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer support, to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from purchase orders to customer billing.

• Develop plans for production and inventory management to align with projects and promotional activities.

• Perform financial risk assessments on inventory and production processes.

• Address internal customer service queries and issues.

• Identify and manage product shortages, create recovery strategies, and communicate updates to relevant parties.

• Regularly update and manage master data files, including items and vendors.

• Collaborate closely with sales to analyze demand and adjust SKU-level forecasts accordingly.

• Build agreement on operational strategies and inventory objectives.

• Generate and provide management with reports and information related to production, sales, and inventory planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as inventory planner or similar position.
• Thorough knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP).
• Able to accurately track inventory and create reports.
• An analytical mind with strong math skills.
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Logistics or relevant field;.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CPIM) will be a plus.
