Responsibilities:

• Perform record creation and system updating in Bank’s operating systems relating to Secured Loans.
• Process documentation check, loan disbursement, loan servicing activities, loan redemption, fee payments & collection relating to Secured Loans.
• Prepare instructions, payment, advices & notification letters to customers/law firm
• Perform imaging, indexing and filing of collateral documents
• Perform reconciliation of General ledger accounts, transactions & documents
• Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Handle filing of source reports & media and arranging for archival.
• Handle customer / lawyer’s enquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• No experience required, on-the-job training will be provided

Job Description:

- To clean up the remaining outstanding 7,000 licence data (standardizing licence information such as licensee names, UEN and sign location).

Working Hours

42 hours/week, Monday to Friday

8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs)

8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Hourly Rate: $2600/Month

Contract Duration: 1.5 Months

1. Perform due diligence checks for all new clients and annual review for our existing clients, including audit, corporate secretarial, tax and other professional services.
2. Responsible for administrative works, including manage and responsible for Caseware administration, i.e., audit file’s creation, access right and file archival; maintain and manage partner's and staff’s timesheet and training hours; carry out administrative duties like preparing letter/email, mailing, printing, scanning, copying and filing of documents.
3. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, arranging interviews with head of department, and EP/ S-Pass application.
4. Manage office administration including office supplies, telecommunication services and office’s assets.
5. Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
