Role Summary:
- Our client is seeking a dynamic Global Brand Communications and Digital Marketing Manager to join their team at the forefront of the new energy intelligent complete logistics chains industry. This role reports to the Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and is based at the global headquarters in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive industry experience, particularly in B2B contexts, and will be instrumental in shaping their brand identity and enhancing digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Brand Guidelines: Craft and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to embody our brand values, voice, tone, and visual identity. Ensure consistency across all communications.
- Brand Training: Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on brand guidelines to ensure departmental alignment and comprehension.
- Brand Management: Manage all brand aspects, including positioning, frameworks, and perception monitoring.
- Communication Guidelines: Create guidelines for internal and external communications to maintain clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Website Optimization: Enhance our website to improve user experience, increase engagement, and meet brand objectives, applying your web development expertise.
- Social Media Content Creation: Generate compelling social media content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand's message. Engage and grow our community through strategic storytelling.
- Social Media Management: Oversee our social media channels with a focus on B2B engagement, implementing strategies to boost followers, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Community Building: Actively build and nurture online communities to foster significant interactions and enhance brand engagement.
- Digital Campaign Management: Design, execute, and refine digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, leveraging data to assess effectiveness and guide decisions.
- Data Analysis: Employ analytical tools to evaluate the performance of digital campaigns, social media activities, and web traffic. Produce detailed reports and actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).
- Proven expertise in brand communication, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Strong grasp of brand management fundamentals.
- Skilled in website development and optimization.
- Experienced in social media management and online community building.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficient in data analysis tools.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry, especially in B2B contexts.
- Proficient in Adobe design software for creating compelling visual content.
