• CPG experience as a marketer, publisher/partner or via an agency, or CBI. Experience in creative origination/development work in APAC for CPG category and change management when it comes to creative/marketing operations project to identify the right solution to drive desired outcomes.
• Prior experience in a regional role in APAC and familiarity with media analytics
• Experience in conducting creative/content analysis from a regional perspective with both internal and external data (E.g: creative campaign performance data, creative testing data etc)
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape, tools and capabilities for creative/content excellence from creation to measurement.
• Strategic shaping and delivery of capability frameworks and ‘sticky’ programs that inspire and operationalize capabilities
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to make recommendation grounded in insights, data & judgement

• Proven success in developing strategic agency/client partnerships to build best in class content that is suitable for the platform to drive brand, and business growth is required
• Deep understanding of key media players such as Google, Meta, Tiktok and local key publishers in China, Japan and India content play to drive brand growth
• Strong working knowledge of advertising workflow, measurement, optimization, and testing methods
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills including conducting executive level presentations and demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences
• Previous experience working with large brands/budgets and managing projects of scale

Requirements:

• Excellent design skills, especially typography
  Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
• Basic knowledge of image editing and retouching
• Preferred experience designing for online channels
• Prior experience in creative design work
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Videography and post-editing skills are required
• Knowledge of creating content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Knowledge of photography, and handling DSLRs will be a plus
• Quick thinking and problem-solving attitude in tackling obstacles that may compromise workflow, capacity, and or quality
• Experience in the lifestyle/fast fashion industry and e-commerce is preferred
