The Head of Creative Brand Strategy & Marketing heads the creative marketing department, Tin-can. He/she holds various responsibilities within creative marketing, encompassing tasks such as branding, developing strategy, acquiring and retaining clients, and leading a team to accomplish goals objective set.

The Media and Science of Brand Growth Team sits within the APAC growth office and is intended to drive the application of the Science of Brand Growth across the Region in addition to step-changing Kenvue’s marketing strategy and regional approach for media, content, and data, to enable measurable outcomes tied to marketing effectiveness beyond ROI and unlock marketing impact for the Kenvue regional P&L.

Key Responsibilities

Enable Science of Brand Growth Change Management

• Partner with the global squad to deploy Science of Brand Growth principles, operational and measurement framework for optimal deployment in APAC.
• Responsible for the roll out and deployment of Science of Brand Growth in APAC (i.e. training) – identifying opportunities for pilots with key markets and Power Brands
• Design the Marketing Learning & Development agenda and content with subject matter experts and external partners to deliver trainings on a focused range of capabilities

Creative Strategy and Media Analytics Capability Building

• Support Brand investment Strategy module for Business Planning to support regional deployment of marketing spend across investment grade brand priorities
• Lead and coordinate media analytics capability (e.g. Marketing Mix Models) development in Asia Pacific

Creative Operations Design and Management

• Provide input into and support the Regional Office marketing budgets allocations, including tracking, compliance and identify how to drive key efficiencies in non-working spends and BME overall. Regional SOW process to remove duplication, reduce waste and maximize efficiency.
• Support creative agency roster management for the region to drive non-working media optimization while unlocking strategic oversight for brand building & relevance with APAC consumers.
• Drive content excellence bringing outside-in focus to the business via internal and external research groups, industry organizations and other sources of expertise
• Support internal teams and external agencies to translate marketing strategies into effective creative activation across all media channels online/offline.
• Lead the business planning for the roll out and implementation of Aprimo Content (DAM) platform across APAC, ensuring the platform is embedded optimized and measured in line with AP requirements.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or MBA degree in Marketing, Management or related business areas.
• 5-8 years of experience in a regional marketing COE (center of excellence) team / creative agency or similar environment driving content excellence, development of processes across matrix organization structures, implementation of technology for content and a strong track record of realizing business impact and thought leadership.
• Understanding of evidence-based marketing best practice, with exposure to brand management, media, creative, agency relationship management, partnerships leverage and creating brand experiences in a digital world (i.e., media, data, social media, e-commerce, analytics)
• CPG experience as a marketer, publisher/partner or via an agency, or CBI. Experience in creative origination/development work in APAC for CPG category and change management when it comes to creative/marketing operations project to identify the right solution to drive desired outcomes.

HR Representative

• Manage the contractual obligations of Pico Play account and to ensure that the agreed KPIs are fulfilled within stipulated timelines. Zero complaints.

Recruitment

• Oversee the entire recruitment process including initial validation of hiring request (qualifications, job descriptions, competency, etc), determination of appropriate recruitment mode (newspaper, referrals, existing staff, etc), review resumes, circulate to hiring manager and to arrange interview in a timely manner including conducting reference checks and finally making the offer.

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned to Pico’s broad service capabilities in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology.
• Lead pitches and proposal development. Includes working with the relevant team and producers to pull together the required Specialist Services to develop the proposal.
• Competent in leading client’s strategies and to identify client’s needs and to create strategies to meet those needs.
• Grow the business both locally and regionally through a strategic account management approach and look to continuously improve the planning and execution of activities planned by our clients.
• Key responsibility is to establish and maintain relationships with identified clients, both new and existing. Hosting of regular POV meetings with the client to share insights and extend the value creation will be expected of you.
• Forge relationships with new clients and strengthen those with existing clients through the implementation of communication plans, thus creating strong visibility to the strategic support that is provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to effectively engage with professionals from client side, as well as understand, navigates, and manages complex, hierarchical corporate clients.
• Exposure on different types of projects such as events, multi-media, online, interactive, direct marketing and social media, etc.
• Ability to effectively manage project teams assembled from different business units within a large corporate agency.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning and implementation of the project from working with Creative, Research, and Development on materials to use, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
• Create and execute project work plans and implement the necessary changes to meet changing needs and requirements to achieve the project objectives.
• Define critical path, anticipating potential problems and propose appropriate solutions to overcome these problems effectively and efficiently.
• Manage project budget and cost management. Great sense in pricing strategy and cost structure.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Review project progress and to communicate timely to the various stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3-4 years of relevant experiences.
• Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resources planning and on-site operations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, as you are the connection between client and team.
• Strong technical knowledge – able to read technical drawings and understand production requirements.
• Prior experience with planning and executing multi-faceted, complex integrated events (virtual, hybrid and physical) will be a bonus.
