RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Principal of the assigned pre-school and working closely with the Pedagogy Team, this position will be responsible for delivering art programs (not limited to visual art, performing art, engineering and science) to provide experiences and provocations for children and responsible for the Atelier in the assigned pre-schools.

The Traffic Executive is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the flow of work and projects among the various departments and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Conservator
The Conservator will report to the Head of either Inorganic or Organic Objects team at the Heritage Conservation Centre and to the Director for Curatorial & Collections at the Singapore Art Museum. The Conservator is expected to conserve the National Collection and fulfil operational and administrative duties as part of exhibition and acquisition projects in accordance with procedures and project timelines and participate in selected projects and events as agreed by both institutions.
Description of collections and work locations:
Artworks and artefacts that are part of the National Collection are under the custody of the National Heritage Board (NHB), Singapore. NHB preserves, presents and promotes the cultural heritage of Singapore, for the purpose of education, nation-building and cultural understanding.
The Heritage Conservation Centre (HCC) is an institution of NHB that supports the collecting and display activities of 12 institutions under NHB and the Visual Arts Cluster. It is located in a purpose-built facility for the storage and conservation of all artworks and artefacts under the care of NHB. The collections include socio-historical, cultural, ethnographic, modern and contemporary artwork materials. HCC Conservation Services is constituted by a team of over 30 conservators and comprises 6 specialisations: organic objects conservation, inorganic objects conservation, paintings conservation, paper conservation, textiles conservation, and conservation science.
Singapore Art Museum opened in 1996 as the first art museum in Singapore. Known as SAM, the museum presents contemporary art from a Southeast Asian perspective for artists, art lovers and the art curious. SAM’s mandate as a non-profit arts institution is to build one of the world's most important public collections of Southeast Asian contemporary art, to preserve, research, exhibit and connect the art and the artists to the public and future generations through thought-provoking exhibitions and meaningful programmes. This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in working with chefs and other personnel to plan menus in line with the brand’s culinary direction.
• Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Estimate food and beverage costs. Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste. Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high-quality preparation and service.
• Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.
• Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
• Assist in dishwashing duties
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
• Min Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience
• Require to work on a rotating shift basis which includes weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
• Passionate about providing excellent management and interpersonal skills

• Excellent vision required for seating guests, expediting food, cleaning equipment, and reading floor plans, charts, and schedules.

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events and the execution of the events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders
• Coordinate with a salesperson on customer’s order before delivery
• Proper loading/unloading of catering equipment into the delivery vehicle
• Delivery and collection to island-wide catering places
• Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement
• Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc.
• Inventory control for catering equipment used upon collection of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle
• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Must possess a Class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills
