The Security Consultant will assist with penetration tests against a client’s application and network assets - both manual and automation testing, to find where vulnerabilities exist. The role will work with a variety of testing tools, to probe an organisation’s network - attempting to find any areas which are vulnerable to attack and identifying methods by which attackers could exploit security flaws.

About the role
To support the growing client demand for Security Assurance and Penetration Testing services, we are hiring a Pen Tester to support with the scoping and delivery of applicable services.

Working as part of our Cyber Security team, the role will seek out and identify passive threats to network integrity. The role will work closely with customers, with the aim of providing reports on findings, working as the primary technical contact for project delivery.

Candidates should have minimum 2 to 3 years practical penetration testing experience across network, application and mobile environments. Candidates should preferably have client facing experience and will be required to attend scoping calls and close out presentations.

Experience and qualifications should include:

At least one of the following certifications: CREST CRT, CCT, GPEN, OSCP

The Contract Manager is required to work closely with internal clients, Procurement Category Managers as well as the internal stakeholders from other business units to draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of Procurement contracts.

Responsibilities

· Review and amend internal procurement contracts to ensure compliance with the Group’s contract policy.

· Advise internal stakeholders on implications of contract terms.

· Advise and support internal stakeholders on contractual negotiations with suppliers.

· Where required, provide sound legal advice within a fast paced and dynamic working environment to business units.

· Liaise with internal stakeholders and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external clients to obtain and address feedback on commercial contracts and operational issues.

· Work with other internal stakeholders both in Singapore and Australia to ensure internal policies and corporate governance are strictly adhered to.

· Provide education and training to business units on matters relating to the Group’s procurement contract policy and contracting process from time to time; and manage compliance programs and policies/procedures.

· Assist Legal Counsels in handling disputes matters.

· Regular tracking and reporting on contracts reviewed.

· Handle on-going contract issues and change management. Recommend changes and best practices.

· Be involved in user experience improvement initiatives related to the contracting and/or procurement process.

Requirements

· Degree in Law

· 3-5 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) acquired in a reputable local law firm or in-house in a telecommunication and/or IT related organisation.

· Excellent knowledge of local laws and regulations

· Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are required

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail

· Able to manage internal customers effectively and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment to meet critical deadlines

· Able to work well both independently as a legal professional and custodian of the company’s policies and as well as working collaboratively as part of a team

· A team player with excellent inter-personal skills and ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lead security design consultant to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of security solutions design for some of the most exciting and high-profile projects across the critical systems and workplace sectors. This role will be based in our vibrant and diverse Singapore office.

As part of our established team of expert security consultants, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will prepare both scheme and detailed engineering designs for major critical systems and workplace projects.

You will take a leading role in business development, including presenting to clients and prospective clients, and in the production of fee bids. You will also work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically excellent, profitable projects.

The Skills

You will have a comprehensive background in the design and engineering of security systems (including video surveillance, access control, intruder alarm, intercom and integrated security management) and in leading on the delivery of these solutions following the project lifecycle design process.

You will have proven ability in managing security stakeholder consultation, preparing specifications, reports, general arrangement drawings and carrying out site inspections and surveys. Also, crucially – you have a passion for creative and intuitive design.

Given the collaborative and client focussed nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
