Brand Manager

• Manage the product P&L (budgeting, expenditures, profitability, ROI)
• Leads to deliver brand experience for the orgainization across all sales channels
• Responsible for leading market research efforts to formulate plans and strategies for the brand and target customers
• Develop customer loyalty plans, acquisition and retention program mechanics to drive customer loyalty
• Develop market research study objectives
• Report internal and external factors that may impact sales performance
• Implement solutions to improve sales performance
• Develop staff by coaching, direction and accountability among staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• 3 years of experience in People Management management
• 3 years experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent people management and communication skills
