The Business Team provide support to the department with Business activities including but not limited to: funding streams, contractual support, centre management, staff support, administrative support to the Senior Management Team. We are part of the Support Services administration team, which consists of Centre and Business team, Masters Education and Placements team, and Statutory, Mandatory and Essential Training team. The administration team are part of the wider Learning & Development department. Learning & Development provide access to a wide range of opportunities which include clinical and professional development, vocational qualifications, leadership and management development as well as Apprenticeships and Functional Skills support. We support all staff from Oxford Health. Personal development is encouraged and is supported through Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeships and other relevant IT and administration upskilling courses, alongside regular supervision and personal development review. All new starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process, aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments. Appointment to this post is subject to the trust receiving satisfactory references covering 3 years of employment or study. Please ask your referees to respond promptly to reference requests. Employees are expected to undertake mandatory and statutory training related to their role.
