To research and develop innovative Security products for ASEAN region as well as provide technician support to Operations Division. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of different types of security systems.
Responsibilities:
• To research and develop new products and services
• Researching about competitor’s products and evaluation of detailed function of their products
• Conduct Market Research on products of Security System in ASEAN region
• Cooperate with Japan HQ R&D and China R&D center for product development
• Conduct Survey about existing and future infrastructure, electrical power / telecom network etc. to ensure compatibility of security products and services
• Provide support as Field Technical Specialist and visiting clients to check and maintain CCTV Surveillance System
• Assist in obtaining required technical certifications for new / existing products for each countries
• Design and develop test plans for security alarm systems, CCTV systems, and access control systems, adhering to industry standards and company protocols
• Conduct rigorous testing of all system components, including control panels, sensors, cameras, access readers, and communication devices
• Simulate real-world security scenarios to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
• Maintain detailed test records and reports for future reference
• Analyze test results, identify and troubleshoot system malfunctions, and document findings clearly
• Work collaboratively with manufacturer or distributor to resolve identified issues and ensure system optimization
• Provide technical support to internal customers in ASEAN region
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging security technologies and their potential application
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for finding suitable new product
• Conduct research about standards like SS558, EN, IEC for ASEAN countries
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies and testing methodologies
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification Diploma in Electronics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security system testing, preferably with exposure to alarm systems, CCTV systems, and access control systems
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools used in security system evaluation
• Strong understanding of electronic security principles and operation of various security system components
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic IT knowledge is required
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to conduct presentation for internal customers and management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems simultaneously

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
· Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 1:30pm.

- Liaising with vendors to ensure maintenance and checks on equipment are carried out
3) Maintenance of science lab.
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the labs
- Changing of new displays in the display cabinets
- To disinfect Science Labs rooms as and when required
4) Any other administrative work related to maintenance and upkeep of Science Labs.
5) Assists General Office with general administrative duties.
- Provide administrative support at General Office
- Provide customer service at the reception counter – attend to visitors including parents, staff, pupils and vendors.
i. Answer phone calls within three rings, record phone messages and attend to walk-in enquiries
ii. Make phone calls e.g. helping sick pupils to call parents
iii. Attend to goods delivery and direct them to the appropriate locations
iv. Escort contractors
v. Assist in logistics matters for e.g. packing of items, preparation of rooms for school functions; etc
vi. Shredding of documents
vii. To perform gate duties during school arrival and dismissal time and during time of heavy traffic
viii. Preparation and verification of documents, maintaining and updating of data records, filing and typing and data entry
- Accompany pupils and teachers on Learning Journeys as and when required

Provides educational opportunities for staff-including lunch and learns, grand rounds, and presentations at staff meetings-in order to promote health coaching and encourage referrals to these services.
Meets with external stakeholders to provide information about the Whole Health Group and individual programs and access to Veterans.
Collaborates with internal and external resources for supporting the Veteran's Whole Health Journey by developing resource lists for well-being support within the facility and in the local community.
