As an Operations Associate: Administrative and Delivery Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in both administrative support and delivery coordination. This multifaceted role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Delivery Coordination: Oversee the coordination of delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing outstanding service and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating replenishment as needed to meet demand.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across departments to support operational initiatives and drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with database management software.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
