• Responsible for observing Forex limits and ensuring compliance to global treasury policies

• Analyze and ensure timely completion of Treasury reports (FX exposures, currency trends, Cash Forecast, actual cash flows; hedging requirements).

Governance and Compliance

Maintain policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury operations. These include:

• Responsible for the Treasury Policy compliance and the simplification of the actual operation, aligning to the Global Model.
• Responsible for liaising with audit teams on OCA, SOX, Corporate and external audits for all treasury areas
• Lead monthly reviews with Cap Gemini to ensure quality delivery of outsourced operations and to progress on the agreed continuous improvement initiatives to deliver best in class process

Insurance Management

As the key liaison to the global team and external service providers, responsible for insurance and risk management areas and provide decision support and financial insight of insurable operational and hazard risks to UAPL

• Completion of annual Global Insurance collection for UAPL and ensuring all subsequent questions are resolved so that adequate coverage is retained.

To support our business growth, we are currently seeking high calibre professionals to join our team as Assistant Index Review Manager. Principal responsibilities Conduct regular constituent review and index rebalance for Hang Seng Family of Indexes and manage all data required for the processes; Ensure the accuracy of the industry classification and ownership structure analysis results for listed companies; Establish procedures and manuals for all operational processes; Identify solutions for process streamlining and provide business requirements to IT for system enhancements to enhance productivity; Manage and control of the overall quality of the index system (including conducting User Acceptance Test prior to system implementation) to ensure that the system runs smoothly; Manage projects in relation to new index development or index review/ rebalance Requirements University degree in Quantitative Finance, Finance, Economic, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics or a related discipline; Minimum three-year related work experience, preferably with financial data management or equity market operation background; Experience in SQL or other relational database systems and MS Office applications including Excel and Access; Sound knowledge of corporate actions in Hong Kong and/or PRC stock markets; Detail-minded and diligent; strong numerical sense, with an ability to work under pressure and independently; Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes ( Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Index Review Officer.)
