- Leading a team of Lean Six Sigma (OE) Coaches on Continuous Improvement implementation using Lean Six Sigma methodology, focusing on 3 pillars: CI Culture, CI Competency Building, CI Execution.
- Leading the Lean Six Sigma Coaches to organize and facilitate Kaizen workshops (e.g. VSM, 6S, Lean Simulation Workshop, Grass Root Kaizen Workshop, Six Sigma modular focused workshops etc.) to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
- Ensuring the Lean Six Sigma team within OE align to the vision & mission of the top leadership.
- Working closely with the management team in driving for continuous improvements.
- Able to coach the team in the ways of Operational Excellence especially on the facilitation methods.
- Work with the Lean Six Sigma team to create frameworks for OE programs on site.
- Support the Lean Six Sigma team when encountering roadblocks & challenges during CI activities.
- Driving the Lean Six Sigma coaches to organize and facilitate Small Group Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition.
- The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool applications.
- Monitors, coaches and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goals.
- Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
- Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture.
- Be a spoke person to promote continuous improvement culture in the organization.
