The principal function is to provide Accounts & Admin support and to ensure the smooth running of the office and other duties as assign by the management from time to time.

Requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma / Degree with at least 1-2 years of working experience with
  accounting & administration.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. 
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak Mandarin would be an
  advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport.

Job Description:-

• Manage acc payable and receivable, reconciling discrepancies and resolving 
  accounting issues promptly.
• Data entry – sundry creditor invoices in accounting system.
• Issue payment to creditors.
• Maintain cashbooks and bank balances.
• Assist in audit and tax issues.
• E-invoicing matters.
