Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting field
- Minimum 5-10 years working experience in Manufacturing
Strong learning ability, proactive work attitude and good personality
- Good communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Having background audit and tax experience, being able to speak Chinese will be an added advantage
Job Scopes:
- Manage of overall accounting tasks including preparation of monthly management accounts and related detailed analysis listings.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly financial report to HQ by 5th of every month.
- Involve in preparing financial forecast, budget and projections to support decision-making.
- Monitoring costing function by collecting cost information, analyze and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare tax estimate (CP204 & CP204A) and review tax computations
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Increase the functional efficiency and provide guidance and coaching to junior staff.
- Assist in ERP implementation, assist in year-end financial audit & tax submission.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, company secretary and others for finance related matters.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Manager/Director
Working days: Monday – Friday -(5 days)
Working hours : 8:00 am – 5.00pm
