As a business development executive, you will be required to perform the following:

• Identify source of data to generate leads and build the database from such sources
• Generate leads and follow-up on leads
• Canvass, conduct door-to-door sales, and cold-call customers
• Gathers and documents business and functional requirements
• Present the pitch for business and communicate value
• Demonstrate solutions to the prospective customers
• Assists in defining the scope of the project
• Prepares the project plan and costing
• Define the pricing of the project
• Prepare, finalize and follow-up on the proposal
• Keep abreast of competition and their actions
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services
• Preparing agreements, sales reports, and presentations
• Raise invoices on a timely basis
• Collect payment against the sales invoices
• Identify possibilities of up-sales
• Achievement of the revenue and profitability targets of the company
• Making good outgoing calls and direct mailers to generate new business

On a case to case basis, you may be also requested to carry out solution implementation and support tasks as follows:

• Leads and delivers implementation projects through analysis, design, development, testing, training, and deployment activities necessary to deliver superior quality solutions
• Liaise with technology vendors such as RFID, Barcode, POS, etc.
• Provide support to clients as and when necessary

Responsibilities

We are currently searching for a motivated, passionate and experienced Web Project Executive to join our creative team. As a Web Project Executive, you will need to work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, and coordinate from design to programming completion with our very own designers and developers.

• Manage and deliver web development projects.
• Prepare project documentation: Milestone Chart, Simple System Design, Change Requests.
• Gather and interpret project requirements in order to deploy resources in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
• Work with Account Managers to understand project milestones, and timelines in order to manage resources for various projects simultaneously throughout each project’s lifecycle.
• Work closely with our Designers and Programmers on an ongoing basis and ensure project requirements are met according to clients’ requirements.
• Ensure timely update is being communicated to clients

• Interest in ecommerce and learning the administration of managing ecommerce backend
• A keen learner, especially in the Information Technology industry.

· The Business Analyst (BA) collaborates closely with the Scrum Team to decide what is needed to best deliver the solution, including relevant documentation. The BA works with the team to decide how much of analysis is needed at the beginning to establish the big picture, and subsequently during each iteration to establish a shared understanding.

· The BA has a joint responsibility for Run, Enhancements and Change Release with relevant stakeholders and Scrum Team Members across the globe in various time zones, in Asia Pacific.

· The BA acts as a business advisor (understanding and describing the business domain and problem to be solved) to support the Product Owner and as a business coach by being the analysis expert in the team.

· The BA provides analytical support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases.

The BA will need to provide support in Singapore/APAC working hours.
