Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and business team to create solutions considering user needs and technical challenges.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers, product managers, engineers and various stakeholders.
• Translating the product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, user-testing, and iteration related to digital product design.
• Designing interface element (UI) graphics according to design guidelines to increase product usage with appropriate design methods.
• Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Tertiary degree in design or a related subject.
• Min 3 years of working experience in wireframing, user flows, interaction design
• Strong understanding of current UI design practices to create an efficient & seamless user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• To ensure an efficient Civil & Structural and Geotechnical & Tunnel design is achieved in accordance with Design Criteria and relevant standards;

• To liaise with internal and external parties on all Civil & Structural and Geotechnical & Tunnel design matters and advises the NSC’s PRPM/SPM/PM regularly

• Minimum 3 years of relevant design management/coordination experience on projects similar in nature to the Works in the civil contract including design experience in geotechnical works for deep excavation foundation works for tunnel and/or viaduct/flyover project

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

· Design and draw for piping and layout

· Check and incorporate all relevant details and design data onto drawings

· Ensure design systems comply with code requirement

· Ensure engineering and design quality, technical accuracy of drawings, material quantities, specifications, procedures, etc., produced within piping disciplines

· Prepare key project documentation in executing the complete piping engineering scope of work as per the project requirements in meeting customer’s expectations

· Support 3D modelling of equipment, piping system and pipe support

· Support the development of equipment layout drawing, detailed piping drawing and isometric drawing

· Develop and maintain all piping specifications, standards, guides and other related engineering documents and processes

The Design Engineer should possess a meticulous nature to analyse various factors and specifications involved in the aluminium and glazings woerks design. His/Her duties may require working in a timely manner to support production work and alignment to design specifications.

~ Good knowledge of aluminium & glazings works - doors, windows, curtain walling systems, skylights, screens, trellises, etc

~ Advise / support the production department on design and engineering.
~ Create full scale technical drawings using 2D and 3D methods.
~ Liaise with Architects and Consultants PE etc.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, design and prepare the Electrical/Mechanical services drawings for townships, commercial, residential and industrial developments, as well as the upgrading of existing buildings’ drawings for tender (These services include electrical/mechanical installation to indoor and outdoor facilities, underground piping system, lightning protection system, CCTV, single line diagram/schematic drawings etc).
• Liaise with Engineer-in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/approval.
• Prepare all Electrical/Mechanical tender drawings in 2D and 3D format (eg. Using AutoCAD, ArchiCad and Revit software).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in Electrical/Mechanical building services in consultancy firm/relevant industry.
• Good knowledge and skillful to use AutoCAD, ArchiCad & Revit Software.
• Have good understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
