• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued. • Prepare method of statement and work procedure. • Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work. • Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied. • Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation. • Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage. • Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued and liaise closing with the Quantity surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order. • Organize labor, equipment and material for day to day site activities • Carry out material receiving inspection and maintaining material record. • All delivery order are to be return to office for record. • Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record. • Any other duties assigned

Key Job Accountabilities:

· Responsible for maintenance and repair on any of the following equipment such as DISCO Wafer SAW (DFD 6360 and DFD6361) and DISCO laser groove.

· Provide technical support to manufacturing that includes machine conversion, device setup and line sustaining.

· Ensures 100% support to engineering group on device & recipe creation, equipment buy-off, evaluations, qualifications and support new product introduction NPI.

· Communicates with Manufacturing, Process, QA, Central Engineering (NPI) to solve issues involving other group.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

· Possess wide application of most major concepts of specialization and ability to apply these concepts to a wide range of complex assignments.

· Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical / Mechatronics, Chemical, Material, Science or its equivalent Hands on experience in handling Wafer saw and Laser groove machine.

• To assist the Project Manager on project site work by focusing mainly on the aspects of construction, safety quality management, and project coordination of projects and maintenance works and to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.

As the Operation Central Team (OCT) CPEE HVM team member, you will be responsible for leading and collaborate with multi-functional teams, leveraging global internal and external resources to develop BKMs and driving improvements in CMP. As a process expert in CMP Process, create innovative process and equipment solutions aligning to and executing global business strategy as well as delivering continuous improvements to meet Cost/Scale/Quality/Yield goals.

This position requires interfacing with High-Volume manufacturing sites, Technology Development, Global Procurement as well as interaction with equipment and materials suppliers to drive area manufacturing issued forward and establish area improvement roadmaps. You must be willing and capable of effective collaboration with HVM sites, TD, Procurement, Quality Engineering, other OCT departments, and external suppliers to accomplish your objectives.

• Engage HVM and TD and lead worldwide alignment efforts across technology to improve process effectiveness.
