• Prepare proposals, tenders and related documents. Able to independently derive
Bills of Quantities from client’s drawing and specifications.
• Provide first level response on technical queries and escalate to technical team for
complicated queries.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing official documents and negotiating with legal team and related parties.
• Prospect new accounts by conducting telemarketing or other suitable avenues to identify potential customers.
• Follow up with existing accounts to secure additional orders and maintain relationships.
• Understand customer requirement and build strong networking relationship with developers, contractors, and government-related entities.
• Prepare presentation material to attract potential customers and increase the sales opportunity.
• This role is based in Tuas, Singapore.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Building or Quantity Surveying.
• Knowledge in precast,construction and/or 3D concrete printing, minimum 5years of working experience with at least 2 years in Sales /Business Development role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, good presentation skills.
• Able to work efficiently in matrix system and respond well to internal and external stakeholders.
• Positive Working Attitude, sales driven and outspoken.
• Possess Class 3 license and own transport is an added advantage.
