Internal Compliance, Onboarding and day to day administration of International Residential Associate Sales Brokers in Singapore
The International Residential business in Singapore has committed to growing the brokerage team and as part of its growth strategy has agreed to increasing its head count by recruiting several associates on a commission only self-employed contractor model.
As a result of this strategy being adopted and given the additional regulatory requirements, the business requires someone with the required level of experience to help with the recruitment, administration and oversight of all associates that are recruited to the JLL team in the months and years ahead.
Your role related to the above will include:

In relation to the above areas, you would work closely with the existing Barratt JLL team as well as the client team in London

The One Global Group forward contract book and related IP – Help to review this with the appointed administrators and work towards put forward a proposal for the JLL management teams’ consideration (to be achieved in March and April 2024) – UK and Aussie exchanged contracts.
As sales volumes grow across SEA throughout 2024 and beyond, look to centralize and take responsibility for all the sales progression for all new sales being agreed by the sales brokers i.e. establish a sales progression and customer services hub so that all sales brokers can purely focus on new business and efficiencies across the teams are created.
Help to establish a one stop shop where we offer our purchasers a one stop shops service and act as a single point of contact so that we retain them, provide a high level of service and create additional income streams for the SEA business.
Help the Residential business to grow and manage the B2B distribution network across the region, with the ultimate objective of growing the sales volume in an efficient way, whilst also maximizing revenue and profitability from each partnership.
Given your level of experience at One Global Group, as JLL works towards developing a UK regional focused master agency distribution model, there would potentially be a requirement for assistance with this as a special project.
As a certified CEA Real Estate Salesperson (RES) in Singapore, your RES license would also be registered and secured under JLL.

1. Overseeing the maintenance and renewal of licenses (Manufacturer, GMP, servicing vendor contract and etc.)
2. Ensure the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are established, developed, periodic review, revision, implemented and maintained accordingly
3. Manage of the Document Management System be a custodian of the quality documents (e.g. Site Master File, Documented Procedures, etc), keep records and filing in proper order
4. To approve specifications, sampling instructions, test methods and other Quality Control procedures
5. To ensure the required initial and continuing training for manufacturing personnel is carried out and adapted according to need. Manage of the GMP Training System, schedule, teach, certify and monitor
6. Ensure warehouse storage and cleanroom stations cleanliness and environmental conditions are monitored and properly upkeep
7. Review scrutinize and approval of the test and/or inspection results on incoming receipt starting and packaging materials, excipients, intermediate, bulk and finished goods in a timely manner
8. Oversees and conduct sampling inspection, retention and in-house testing
9. Ensure manufacturing operation is within In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
10. To monitor and ensure all necessary testing is carried out and the associated records evaluated, release or reject of finished goods in a timely manner
11. Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) review and release
12. To ensure the qualification and maintenance of testing instrument, premises and equipment (laboratory instrument and production equipment maintenance, UV light, lighting and safety features like exit emergency light functionality, fire extinguisher validity and etc.)
13. Examination and assessment on the hygiene process and the production as per the company regulations
14. Conduct and assess new supplier factory qualification, continuing existing supplier factory assessment
15. To assess and monitor the outsource contractors (accredited laboratories, pest controllers, contracted manufacturers and etc.)
16. Review updates by local governing authorities (HSA) or PIC/S published latest revision, promulgate and implement new quality procedures when deem necessary
17. Manage of the Internal Audit System, schedule and conduct internal audit at planned interval based on the status and importance of the activity. The audit shall be conducted in accordance with procedures
18. To ensure that the appropriate validations (cleaning, equipment and processes) are carried out; manage validation through design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes through assessing measurements and interpretation of data
19. Manage of the annual Product Quality Review and stability process
20. Manage of deviations, complaints, incidents and recalls with proper handling, following up and investigation
21. Manage of the Corrective and Preventive Action System. Formulate the corrective measures for product defect or non-conforming product through the analysis of the causes and approach
22. Oversees quarantine stock and disposition
23. Manage of the Continual Improvement System, ensure suitability and effectiveness of the GMP is carried out at all times, strategize plans to enhance process to meet the quality of the products to build up quality reputation and the company brand name

Position Summary
The APAC Internal Control & Audit Manager leads all APAC activities related to compliance, internal control and internal audit, in connection with the Caldic internal control framework and internal audit program. Caldic APAC operations covers 16 countries.
This role will report to the APAC CFO, based in Singapore, with extended interaction with the regional and country leadership team and the Caldic HQ Internal Control and Internal Audit functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Control
· Take the lead in rolling out the Caldic Internal Control framework within the APAC 16 countries.
· Update the Internal Control self-assessment regional process and liaise with countries Finance Managers to get all backup documentation updated.
· Be the referent person for all discussion related to internal control : end to end processes (procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, …), IT environment (ERP, CRM, MDM, HRIS).
· Oversee the delegation of authorities definitions and enforcement, together with APAC Counsel.
· Coordinate with external auditors on internal control reviews.
Internal Audit
· Contribute to the annual planning process together with the central team.
· Lead the roll-out of the group internal audit program together with the central team (and support of 3rd party designated audit firm)
o Plan and oversee the execution of country audits.
o Manage and lead risk-based internal audits, producing reports and recommendations for senior management and Audit Committee. Thereby providing management with independent, timely and reasonable assurance that internal control systems facilitate adequate and effective reporting.
o May perform audits across all functions and locations within APAC.
o Documents audit findings and drafts audit reports ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions and ultimately provide value to management. Obtains necessary approvals of final reports before issue.
o Manages feedback processes and follow-up of reported audit findings.
· Coordinate internal audit activities in APAC.
· Run ad-hoc internal audits as needed.
· Report the status of internal audit’s ongoing activities, educate/inform countries management of emerging risks and/or exposures that should be considered, and serve as a “thought leader” with respect to risk management and internal control best practices.
Professional Experience
· At least 9 years of audit experience in public accounting and/or in a large internal audit function, ideally with experience of a large or mid-sized international company.
· Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and experience applying those.
· Solid knowledge of internal audit and internal control best practices.
· Experience of working with multi-cultural teams across APAC.
